[019] Xi' Functions ~ Military Helicopter: ~ Mimicing birds
Mimicing birds:

Raven (Corvus corax)
~ was used as an emblem by raiding Viking warriors in Europe
~ in Norse mythology, the god Odin used two ravens to fly the world each day in order to inform him of what was happening
~ to see ravens flying before one was a sign of Wodan's great favour, especially before a battle
~ it's spiritual importance to Alaska's Native people is still recognized; In the beginning there was nothing. Only water, darkness and The Raven...
~ is also important in the creation of myths by the Eskimo; In the beginning of times, in The Great Raven's time...
~ has been the object of countless myths and legends around the world
~ raven's character is very similar to that of coyote
~ hunts cooperatively in groups
~ capable to tricks such as to broke off a twig and drop it like a bomb

Xi mimicing raven:
~ rapidly deployed to remote theaters where capable to operate long periods collaborating with Sensor4Xis, Base4Xis and other Xis
~ reconnaissance, surveillance, intelligence using Sensor4Xis and it's own resources
~ will create myths !

[020] Xi' Functions ~ Military Helicopter: ~ Mimicing insects
Mimicing insects:

Black Widow Spider
~ notorious for it's very poisonous venom
~ body is glassy
~ the web can be described as an intersecting mass of scaffold work with a central area consisting of a three-dimensional trellis of silk
~ from the web to the ground are vertical threads with sticky glue at the bottom
~ if an insect crawls against the thread it will break and the prey will hang in the air awaiting the attack of the spider
~ although they are small of size they are violent attackers and do not fear to attack much larger insects than themselves
Xi:
~ capable to erase itself, if required
~ functions as programmed completing it's mission in hostile environments
~ drops sensors and collects sensor data about a nuclear power station, for example

[021] Xi' Functions ~ Military Helicopter: ~ Mimicing reptiles
Mimicing reptiles:

Horned viper
~ Cerastes cerastes gasperetii often also referred to as the sand viper
~ some have horns, whereas others completely lack any trace of horns
~ reaches a length of about 85 cms, with the typical stocky viper body and a very broad head
~ has long hinged teeth
~ moves in a side-winding manner in soft sand, which is their favoured habitat
~ adapted to the open desert it is creamy-beige in colour, with darker blotches on its back
~ found in sandy deserts from the coast up to the mountain plains in Persian Gulf area where there is virtually no shade available
~ is almost entirely nocturnal, spending the day under anything that provides a little shelter from the sun
~ if no shade is available it buries itself in the sand by moving its ribs forward,
~ and at the same time upward, causing the sand to be pushed to the side and allowing the otherwise motionless animal
~ to sink below the surface in a manner reminiscent of a submerging submarine
~ within a very short time nothing is visible but the eyes, which are set very high on top of the vipers head
Xi:
~ sensors embedded
~ camouflaged
~ shelters in Base4Xi base sliding quickly inside it
