~ this improves overall efficiency and saves fuel
~ Base4Xi and/or command and control system can reprogram settings for a Xi before a mission and/or send settings any time during mission
~ Xi may change it's main rotor RPM using instructions from it's database, from a received control message and/or make decision autonomously itself
