Quality

Experience
ξ been engaged in the 2-stroke engine business for over 19 years

The thermal unit
ξ consists of an aluminium alloy cylinder with silicon carbide coating (ceramic coating),
ξ a piston of hyper-eutectic alloy (22% silicon) and a head of tempered aluminium alloy

The cylinder
ξ is provided with 2 lateral ports plus one front ports
ξ this port is opened 1 mm after the opening of the two principal ports and
ξ brings the flow of fresh mixture to the combustion chamber, contributing to cooling it,
ξ increasing turbulence and hence improving combustion

The piston
ξ is provided with two rings of spheroidal cast iron of thickness reduced to decrease friction on the cylinder liner;
ξ furthermore, the limited mass ensures a gas seal even at high revs since the inertia is not sufficient to maintain the rings at the top of the slot at the instant
ξ when the piston starts to descend but is pressed downwards and against the cylinder by the gas,
ξ avoiding leakage of gas and consequent seizure
ξ the head, manufactured of an alloy of aluminium and silicon, is provided with radial cooling fins
ξ so as to permit good dissipation of heat with any angle of A/C

The combustion chamber
ξ is designed in such a way that it can operate with low anti-knock petrol and is provided with a squish angle
ξ this design ensures that during compression of the mixture, not only is turbulence and consequently efficiency increased,
ξ but also that no pockets of fresh gases form at the edge of the piston
ξ if such pockets form, they may explode because of increased compression by the piston and the combustion flame front
ξ the design of the central part of the combustion chamber also concentrates pressure on the crown of the piston,
ξ generating the work required

The drive shaft
ξ is of tempered and rectified steel and is extremely strong
ξ all screws are made in titanium

The engine shaft
ξ is supported on 2 oblique bearings with two rows of balls that can withstand even sharp acceleration

The general configuration of these motors
ξ allows relatively high operating temperatures
ξ the exhaust gases are kept at about 640°C and the head can reach 260°C

ξ provides a rapid-response spare-parts service, which aims to ensure dispatch within 24 hours
ξ has good experience related to the integration of its power units into a UAV airframes
